My Little Book of Truths About Me is a simple book designed to validate and affirm who you are and what you carry in you. Designed to work in conjunction with the workbook, each chapter gives the background to each of the questions in the workbook (but it can stand alone). These questions help you to explore who you are, and uncover the treasures and goodness inside of you.
